Hello! I’m Hannah, my journey into aesthetics started a little differently – I originally went to school to become a medical assistant. However, through that experience and with the encouragement of my friends and family, I discovered my true passion for skincare. In 2022, I graduated from the aesthetics program at Waukesha County Technical College and began working for my business colleague, Danielle Bogrand-Hopkins. There, I had the privilege of building strong connections with my clients while refining my skills as an aesthetician. After my time there, I went on to work as an independent contractor at a medical spa, where I discovered my desire to own my own spa. That experience led me to become the proud owner of Bonnie Lee Beauty. The name of my spa is inspired by my grandmother, who has always been a big part of my life. When I was little, we’d share “spa days” together, doing skincare and putting on makeup in her bathroom, and those memories have stayed with me ever since. Both of my grandmothers have been a tremendous source of inspiration in my life, and I feel incredibly fortunate to still have them with me. Their strength, wisdom, and unwavering support have shaped who I am today, and I carry their lessons with me every day. Having the opportunity to honor both of them through my spa business is truly a gift. The values they’ve instilled in me—hard work, compassion, and care for others—are at the heart of everything my business stands for. Every day I get to offer a space where people can relax, rejuvenate, and feel cared for, and I think of them both as I do. I’m deeply grateful for the chance to carry their legacy forward in this way. When I’m not helping clients feel their best, I love spending time with my two cats, Goose and Tootie, as well as my bearded dragon, Chicken Nugget. I’m also a huge fan of anything disco 🪩✨ I’m so grateful for the opportunity to do what I love, and I can’t wait to share my passion for skincare and waxing with you! Deposits: Please note that a deposit is required to secure your appointment, and it will be deducted from your total service cost at checkout. Policies: Code of Conduct I agree to maintain a respectful, safe, and professional environment by communicating in a courteous manner and observing appropriate boundaries. I understand that aggressive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of my service. I acknowledge a zero-tolerance policy for any behavior that makes others uncomfortable, ensuring a positive experience for all involved. Service Guarantee – 48 Business Hours While achieving optimal results is a priority, I understand that individual factors may influence outcomes. If I have valid concerns, I will inform Bonnie Lee LLC within 48 business hours of the service to address them at no additional charge. Any concerns raised after this timeframe may incur extra fees, including charges for products, supplies, or additional services. I also understand that personal insurance is recommended for peace of mind in case of unforeseen circumstances. Credit Card on File I understand that a valid credit card is necessary to secure my appointment and that my card information will be stored securely for convenience and safety. If booking via phone or text, I agree to provide my credit card information directly. Appointment Confirmation and Reminders I acknowledge that Bonnie Lee LLC provides appointment confirmations and reminders as a courtesy. However, it remains my responsibility to remember my appointment date and time, regardless of receiving reminders. I agree to keep my contact details updated to ensure I receive these notifications. Late Arrivals I understand that being on time is crucial for ensuring a smooth experience for all clients. If I arrive late, my appointment will end as scheduled, and I will be charged the full amount for the service. If I am more than 15 minutes late, my appointment may be rescheduled and treated as a last-minute cancellation, subject to the cancellation policy. Retail Return Policy I understand that all retail sales are final. If I have any allergies or sensitivities, I agree to contact the brand directly for support. In rare cases, returns may be considered at the discretion of Bonnie Lee LLC, subject to a 20% restocking fee and a refund issued as account credit, which will expire within 30 days. Price Adjustments I understand that service and product prices may change periodically. Bonnie Lee LLC will notify clients of any price adjustments via email and social media. I agree to stay informed and updated on any pricing changes. Pre-Purchased Services and Packages I understand that all sales of pre-purchased services and packages are final. The expiration dates of packages will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase. Any expired services or packages are not eligible for a refund or credit. Children, Minors & Guest Policy I agree not to bring children, minors, or any other guests to my appointment without prior approval from Bonnie Lee LLC. If an exception is made, I will notify the business in advance, and I understand that approval will be at the discretion of Bonnie Lee LLC. For prior notice, I will contact (414) 710-0929. 📍 Location Bonnie Lee LLC is located at 8500 W North Ave, Wauwatosa, WI 53226, on the upper level of the white and blue building. 🏠 Once you’re upstairs, the waiting area will be on the right side of the stairs. From there, you’ll head to the green room in the back. 💚 We look forward to seeing you! 😊 Parking: There’s a 4-car parking lot behind the building on N 85th Street, shared with Lion’s Tail Brewing Company 🍻. Clients are welcome to park there. If the lot is full, free street parking is available nearby. 🚗
